Kamryn is trained in manual lymphatic drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. The technique is deliberately light — the lymphatic system sits just under the skin, and deep pressure is counterproductive here.

What to expect

Intake

Your procedure, your surgeon's protocol, where you are in recovery. We work within your surgeon's guidance, not around it.

Treatment

45–120 minutes of light, directional work. It shouldn't hurt; deep pressure is counterproductive here.

Hydration, compression guidance where applicable, and a schedule for your recovery stage.

Results and maintenance

Post-surgical patients typically need a series concentrated in the early weeks, tapering as swelling resolves. Frequency depends entirely on your procedure and stage — your surgeon's protocol drives the schedule.

Treatments at Contour & Sculpt are performed by Kamryn Kettering, Certified Aesthetic Injector, trained through Monarch Master Injectors and the Allergan Medical Institute, under the medical direction of Dr. Daniel Olivero, MD. Medical direction governs our dosing protocols, product sourcing, and clinical standards at both locations. We use FDA-approved products exclusively and maintain documented protocols for adverse-event response.

About pricing

We quote after the assessment, not before. Neurotoxin is priced per unit and filler per syringe, and the honest answer to “how much” is that it depends on how much you actually need — which we won't know until we've looked at your face. What we will tell you is the number before anything is drawn up, and we'll tell you if we think you need less than you came in asking for.
