Our Approach

Results that build, honestly framed

These treatments work on the skin itself. They're slower than injectables and they compound: results build across a series rather than arriving at once.

We'll tell you honestly what a treatment can and can't do. Microneedling meaningfully improves acne scarring over a series; it will not eliminate deep ice-pick scarring, and anyone promising that is overselling. Setting the expectation correctly at the start is why our skin patients stay.

What we offer

Microneedling: Controlled micro-injury that triggers collagen remodeling. The most effective single treatment for texture and acne scarring. Best in a series of three to six, spaced four to six weeks apart.
Dermaplaning: Physical exfoliation removing dead skin and vellus hair. Immediate smoothness and better product absorption. No downtime, which makes it a strong pre-event option.

About an hour for dermaplaning; 90 minutes to two hours for microneedling and peels, including numbing.

Recovery

Microneedling leaves redness resembling a sunburn for 24–48 hours. Dermaplaning has none.

We'll map the full course and the intervals so you can plan around them.

Results and maintenance

Microneedling results build over three to six months as collagen remodels. The treatment you had in January is still improving in April. Maintenance is typically one session every three to six months once the initial series is complete. Dermaplaning can be repeated monthly.

Oversight and standards

Treatments at Contour & Sculpt are performed by Kamryn Kettering, Certified Aesthetic Injector, trained through Monarch Master Injectors and the Allergan Medical Institute, under the medical direction of Dr. Rupal Patel, MD. Medical direction governs our dosing protocols, product sourcing, and clinical standards at both locations. We use FDA-approved products exclusively and maintain documented protocols for adverse-event response.

About pricing

Starting prices are listed at the top of every service page. Neurotoxin is priced per unit and filler per syringe, so the honest answer to “how much” still depends on how much you actually need, which we won't know until we've looked at your face. We tell you the exact number before anything is drawn up, and we'll tell you if we think you need less than you came in asking for.
