Botox & Neurotoxin Treatment in Leander & Georgetown, TX

Neurotoxin is the most requested treatment we perform and the one most often done badly. The difference between a result that looks rested and one that looks frozen is almost entirely dosing and placement: how much product, in which muscle, at what depth. Prices start at $12 per unit for Botox, $4 per unit for Dysport and $10 per unit for Letybo. Most single-area first visits land between $150 and $300.

Our Approach

We dose conservatively and build

You'll be asked to come back at two weeks so we can assess how your muscles actually responded and add where needed. It's an extra visit, and it's the reason our patients don't look treated.

Every plan starts with watching your face move. Where you hold tension, how strong each muscle is, and how the muscles balance against each other determines the map, not a standard unit count applied to everyone.

We start lower than most providers. Under-treating is correctable in ten minutes at your two-week check; over-treating means waiting three months. Given that asymmetry, starting light is simply the better clinical decision, and it's a fixed policy here rather than a preference.

How It Works

What to expect

Assessment

We watch your face at rest and in motion, discuss what's bothering you, and map the treatment areas together. Complimentary.

Treatment

About an hour. A series of small injections with a very fine needle. Most patients describe it as a pinch. No downtime; you can drive yourself home and return to work.

Onset

Movement begins softening around day 3–5, with full effect at 10–14 days. Don't judge your result before two weeks.

Two-week review

We assess and refine. Adjustments at this visit are included.

Products we use

We carry three neurotoxins and select based on the area and your goals, not on what's in stock.

Botox: the most predictable and widely studied. Our default for most first-time patients.
Dysport: spreads slightly more, which can suit broader areas. Onset tends to be a day or two faster.
Letybo: a newer option made in Korea and FDA-approved for frown lines between the brows. We've had strong, clean results with it. Learn more about Letybo.

Results and maintenance

Most patients return every 3–4 months. Consistent treatment tends to lengthen the interval over time as the treated muscles weaken, and many long-term patients move to three visits a year rather than four. We'll track your intervals and tell you when you can wait longer, which is the opposite of how most clinics schedule.

Between appointments, skin quality is its own project. Our Glo2Facial oxygen facial pairs well with neurotoxin as the no-downtime maintenance layer, working on the texture and glow injectables cannot touch.

What it costs

Priced per unit. You hear the number before anything is drawn up.

Botox: $12 per unit
Dysport: $4 per unit (Dysport units are measured differently, so the two prices are closer than they look)
Letybo: $10 per unit
Consultation: complimentary, with same-day treatment when the schedule allows

How many units you need depends on your muscles and your goals. For a sense of scale, the FDA-labeled doses are 20 units for frown lines, 20 for forehead lines and 24 for crow's feet, and we often use less. Most single-area first visits land between $150 and $300 at Botox pricing. We accept Allé and ASPIRE rewards.

Our booking system shows the per-unit price, so Botox reads as $12 at checkout. The total is set at your visit once we agree on units. Online booking asks for a card to hold your appointment. Oversight and standards

Treatments at Contour & Sculpt are performed by Kamryn Kettering, Certified Aesthetic Injector, trained through Monarch Master Injectors and the Allergan Medical Institute, under the medical direction of Dr. Rupal Patel, MD. Medical direction governs our dosing protocols, product sourcing, and clinical standards at both locations. We use FDA-approved products exclusively and maintain documented protocols for adverse-event response.

About pricing

Starting prices are listed at the top of every service page. Neurotoxin is priced per unit and filler per syringe, so the honest answer to “how much” still depends on how much you actually need, which we won't know until we've looked at your face. We tell you the exact number before anything is drawn up, and we'll tell you if we think you need less than you came in asking for. Botox FAQs

Not if the dosing is right. Frozen is what over-treatment looks like, and our starting doses are deliberately conservative for exactly this reason. You should keep normal expression.

Two weeks minimum, so your result has fully settled and any bruising has resolved. Three weeks is better if it's a wedding.

Briefly. The needle is very fine, and most patients rate it well below a blood draw. Topical numbing is available.

Yes. Treating a line before it's etched into the skin keeps it from setting. It works best started in the mid-to-late twenties, and it means lower doses for longer.

Stay upright for four hours, skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24, and don't rub or massage the treated areas.

Usually, yes, if you're a candidate and you're comfortable proceeding. There's no pressure to. Plenty of patients take the plan home and book later.
