Most people who come to us about their lips don't want bigger lips. They want lips that look like theirs on a good day — hydrated, defined, even on both sides.

That result comes from placement far more than volume. A half syringe put in the right places will do more for your face than a full syringe put in the wrong ones, and we'd rather send you home with product left in the syringe than with a result you have to explain.
We assess your lips in the context of your whole face — proportion to your nose and chin, your existing upper-to-lower ratio, how your lips behave when you talk and smile. The plan follows that assessment.
We rarely place a full syringe at a first appointment. Lips swell substantially and take two weeks to settle, so building across two sessions gives you a result you can actually evaluate before adding more. It's slower. It's also why our lip work doesn't announce itself.
Lip proportion, symmetry, and facial balance. We'll be direct if we think filler isn't what you need.
Topical anesthetic for about 20 minutes. Our HA fillers also contain lidocaine.
30–45 minutes of careful, incremental placement, checking symmetry as we go.
Significant swelling for 24–48 hours, mostly resolved by day 3–4, fully settled at two weeks. Your day-one lips are not your result.
FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers only, chosen for how they behave rather than by brand loyalty.
We carry the full Juvéderm and Restylane ranges. Both include several lip-specific formulations that behave differently, so we choose based on your lip structure and the result you're after rather than on what's in stock.
Because these are hyaluronic acid, they're reversible. We keep Hylenex on hand, which dissolves HA filler if you ever want the result undone. It's rarely needed — but it's the reason we can afford to be conservative, and it's worth understanding before your first syringe.
Six to twelve months depending on product, placement, and metabolism. Faster metabolisms and very active patients tend toward the shorter end. Most patients top up annually once they've built to their preferred result. Lip filler does not need to be replaced the moment it starts to soften — we'll tell you when it's actually time.
Treatments at Contour & Sculpt are performed by Kamryn Kettering, Certified Aesthetic Injector, trained through Monarch Master Injectors and the Allergan Medical Institute, under the medical direction of Dr. Daniel Olivero, MD. Medical direction governs our dosing protocols, product sourcing, and clinical standards at both locations. We use FDA-approved products exclusively and maintain documented protocols for adverse-event response.
We quote after the assessment, not before. Neurotoxin is priced per unit and filler per syringe, and the honest answer to “how much” is that it depends on how much you actually need — which we won't know until we've looked at your face. What we will tell you is the number before anything is drawn up, and we'll tell you if we think you need less than you came in asking for. We accept Allé and ASPIRE manufacturer rewards, and financing through Cherry, Klarna, and Affirm. Learn about financing.

"She is patient, caring, and really listened to what I wanted. My eyes look smoother with a subtle, natural lift. Everything looks super natural and balanced."
Not at the volumes we place. The overfilled look comes from too much product placed too superficially, usually over sessions that never paused to let swelling resolve.
A lot, briefly. Day one and two are the peak and can look alarming. It comes down quickly. Don't book anything social for three days.
Lips are sensitive, but between topical numbing and lidocaine in the filler, most patients find it very manageable.
HA filler is dissolvable and we keep Hylenex in-house. We'd rather talk through your concerns at the two-week mark first, since most early worries are swelling.
Sometimes that's the better answer — a few units of neurotoxin to roll the upper lip outward, no filler at all. If your lips are built for it, we'll say so.
Three weeks minimum. Lips are the least forgiving treatment to rush.
